One app.
Your specialty, dialled in.
The core is the same — voice notes, Rx, queue, billing, patient app. Everything else adapts: SOAP layout, drug defaults, calculators, Clio prompts, and patient handouts. Pick your specialty pack at sign-up; switch any time.
Six axes of specialty tuning.
The plumbing stays the same — auth, billing, patient timeline, queue. The clinical surfaces re-shape themselves around your specialty so you stop fighting the form.
Six specialty packs in active build.

In active development with our medical advisory board. Rolling release through 2026 — write to us if a specialty isn't listed and you'd like it prioritised.
The paeds pack just understands my work. mg/kg checks, growth charts, vaccination reminders — I haven't opened my old paeds calculator in three months.
Specialty questions, answered.
I don't see my specialty listed — can I still use MediSero+?
Yes. Every specialty gets the universal core (voice notes, Rx, queue, billing, patient app). Specialty-specific features layer on top. If your specialty isn't listed yet, you start with GP-mode + customise templates. We add new specialty packs every 6-8 weeks based on doctor demand.
Can I mix specialties inside one clinic?
Yes — each doctor in a Multi-Doctor workspace can run a different specialty pack. So your paediatrician sees growth charts and IAP schedules; your cardiologist sees calculators and ECG attachments; same patient, same clinic, both views work.
How are specialty templates kept current?
Clinical templates are reviewed quarterly by our medical advisory board (specialists in each domain) and updated against latest IAP / NICE / AAP / ESC / AHA guidelines. You can also modify any template per-doctor if your protocol differs.
Are the calculators (ASCVD, GRACE, PHQ-9 etc.) clinically validated?
Yes — every calculator implements the published peer-reviewed formula and cites the source. Outputs are advisory, not diagnostic. Clinical judgement still rests with the doctor; we just save you the arithmetic.
Can Clio AI suggest specialty-specific differentials?
Yes. Clio's differential-suggestion mode is specialty-aware — it weights the differential list to your domain. A cardiologist asking about chest pain gets a different priority order than a GP asking the same.
How do I switch specialty pack later?
Settings → Specialty → switch. Your historical data stays intact; only the templates, Rx defaults, and Clio prompts re-tune. You can switch back any time.
