Capabilities

What a real timeline does.

Most EHRs make you click into 4 tabs to assemble a picture of one patient. We give you the picture.

One feed

Unified timeline

Visits, Rx, labs, vitals, attachments, referrals — one chronological feed per patient.

Millisecond

Live search

Find any visit, drug, lab, or note in milliseconds. Indexed across the whole patient record.

Multi-axis

Filter + facets

By visit type, doctor, date range, attachment type, status — all at once.

Inline

Attachments

PDFs, photos, X-rays, lab reports inline. Combined-PDF share with auto-rotated photos.

Caregiver

Family pairing

Parent sees child's timeline. Caregiver sees elder's. Permission-gated, audit-logged.

90-day

Vitals trends

90-day BP, weight, HR, BMI charts on the timeline. Drop alerts on dramatic changes.

Auto-surface

Flagged events

Allergies, chronic conditions, family history surfaced on every visit header automatically.

PDF export

Patient export

Patient can download their full record as a single PDF — visits, Rx, labs, attachments.

Five layers, one view

Visits. Rx. Labs. Vitals. Family.

Every layer below is its own data model — but they all render on one timeline. So a patient with 12 visits, 30 Rx, 8 lab reports, and a paired child still fits in your head.

01
Visits
Every consult: chief complaint, SOAP, vitals at the time, attached files, and the doctor who saw them. Multi-doctor clinics: every doctor's visits visible on one rail.
02
Prescriptions
Full Rx history — Active, Dispensed, Stopped (with reason), Completed. Patient's self-report of what they're actually taking lives next to what was prescribed.
03
Lab reports
Reports auto-routed from the lab integration or manually attached. Trend view across time when the same panel repeats. Flagged values pre-highlighted.
04
Vitals
BP, HR, weight, height, temp, SpO2 — captured at every visit and from the patient app. 90-day trends. Pediatric growth percentiles when patient is < 18.
05
Family care
Linked family members surface in the timeline header. Tap to switch context. Family meds and visits attribute to the right person automatically.
The patient sees it too

Same data. Patient-friendly view.

Your patient sees their own timeline in the MediSero patient app — visits, prescriptions, labs, family. They can stop a Rx, mark a dose taken, upload an external lab. Everything lands back on your view in real time.

Live patient view — every action (mark dose taken, upload lab, family care) lands back on the doctor's timeline in real time.

A patient came in saying 'doctor, last time you saw me you ordered some test, but I forgot what.' I tapped open her timeline. Three months ago. CBC + thyroid. She'd done one, not the other. Whole conversation took 12 seconds.

FAQ

Timeline questions, answered.

Can the patient see their own timeline?

Yes — the patient app shows their full timeline in their pocket. Visits, Rx, labs, vitals. They can also stop a Rx, mark a dose taken, or upload a self-recorded BP. Permission-gated for family members (e.g. parent sees child's, with audit trail).

How does it handle multi-doctor visits to the same patient?

A single patient timeline aggregates every doctor's visits at the clinic. Each visit is attributed (you can see who wrote what), but the chronology and the medication list are unified — so a colleague picking up after you sees the full picture, not their own slice.

What about labs from outside our clinic?

Patients can upload their external labs from the patient app — photo or PDF. They get attached to the timeline and OCR-extracted by Clio, so values become searchable + chartable next to the in-clinic ones.

How does family pairing work?

A parent links their child via family settings. The child's Rx, visits, vitals show in the parent's view of the family member, but stay attributed to the child. When the child grows up, they can claim their own account and the link migrates.

Can I share a slice of the timeline with another doctor?

Yes. Tap "Share" on any visit, range, or selected items → generates a one-time signed link or a PDF packet with snapshot. The receiving doctor sees the structured snapshot without needing a MediSero account.
