Smart Rx wizard
Drug → strength → dose → duration in four taps. Templates remember your last-used.
A 4-step wizard, weight-based pediatric checks, daily-max guards, drug interactions, and a native EP code on every Rx — so the pharmacy can verify it whether or not ABDM is up.
Most EHRs give you a free-text box and a sign button. We give you a guided wizard, real safety checks, and rails that actually reach the pharmacy.
Drug → strength → dose → duration in four taps. Templates remember your last-used.
Weight-based dose checks + daily-max ceiling. Block on exceeded, confirm on approaching.
Cross-checks active Rx + allergies. Tiered: caution / serious / contraindicated.
Native MediSero EP codes generated for every Rx. Any pharmacy can verify the QR.
India: ABDM Sandbox application live. Native EP code stays the always-on rail.
Active → Dispensed → Stopped → Completed. Patient-stop visible to doctor instantly.
Tap any drug → indication, contraindications, max dose, evidence summary.
One-tap PDF with QR. Share to WhatsApp or push to the patient app.
Fewer taps than ordering coffee. Each step pre-fills from your last visit, your templates, and the patient's history.
Same Rx as the patient sees it — name, dose, frequency, duration, doctor.
Designed with pediatricians who told us the same story: 'I'm tired enough that I want a second pair of eyes on every dose.'
Government rails are great when they work. We ride ABDM as it rolls out — and ship a native verifiable EP code on every Rx so your patient is never stuck.
Every Rx has a lifecycle. We track it explicitly so the patient app, the doctor app, and the pharmacy all see the same state.
Default state on sign. Visible in patient's My Prescriptions. Reminders fire on the patient app at the configured times.
Pharmacy marked dispensed. Inventory deducted. Charge added to invoice. Patient notified.
Patient or doctor stopped early. Reason captured. PDF + lists show "Stopped after N days · M doses taken".
Course finished as planned. Auto-transitioned at end-of-duration. Stays in history, not in active.
The mg/kg check caught a 3× overdose I'd written for a 4-month-old at 2am. That alone is the entire price of the product, every month, forever.
Yes. Every MediSero+ Rx generates a native EP code + QR that any pharmacy can verify against MediSero. ABDM rides on top — once ABDM is live we route there too. EP code stays the always-on fallback.
When the patient is under 18 + has a weight on file, every drug we prescribe is checked against per-dose mg/kg ranges + 24-hour daily-max. Approaching the limit = warning. Exceeding = hard block until you confirm. Drug data lives in our DB, with Clio AI as fallback that auto-caches new lookups.
You can amend with audit trail. The original stays as a signed historical record; the amendment carries a delta + reason. Patients see the latest version in their app; pharmacies that already dispensed are notified of the change.
Patient taps "Stop" in their app, picks a reason (side effect, no improvement, etc.), and your timeline updates immediately. The Rx shows "Stopped after N days · M doses taken" everywhere — patient-detail, prescriptions list, PDF.
Cross-referenced against the patient's active Rx (not historical). Three tiers: caution (proceed with note), serious (confirm + sign), contraindicated (block). All sourced from a maintained interactions DB, refreshed quarterly.
Both. Build your own private set; share clinic-wide ones for consent forms, common combos, etc. Templates remember dose, frequency, duration, and notes — one tap recreates the whole Rx.
Free 14 days, no card. Pediatric checks, EP codes, ABDM-ready — all on day 1.
