Sign the Rx in 30 seconds.
Sleep at night.

A 4-step wizard, weight-based pediatric checks, daily-max guards, drug interactions, and a native EP code on every Rx — so the pharmacy can verify it whether or not ABDM is up.

Pediatric mg/kg + daily-max guards · ABDM ready · EP code always-on
Capabilities

Eight things every Rx should already do.

Most EHRs give you a free-text box and a sign button. We give you a guided wizard, real safety checks, and rails that actually reach the pharmacy.

4-tap wizard

Smart Rx wizard

Drug → strength → dose → duration in four taps. Templates remember your last-used.

Auto mg/kg

Pediatric safety

Weight-based dose checks + daily-max ceiling. Block on exceeded, confirm on approaching.

Severity-tiered

Interaction checks

Cross-checks active Rx + allergies. Tiered: caution / serious / contraindicated.

Pharmacy-ready

EP code + QR

Native MediSero EP codes generated for every Rx. Any pharmacy can verify the QR.

ABDM Sandbox

ABDM rolling out

India: ABDM Sandbox application live. Native EP code stays the always-on rail.

Lifecycle

Status tracking

Active → Dispensed → Stopped → Completed. Patient-stop visible to doctor instantly.

Clio

Drug research

Tap any drug → indication, contraindications, max dose, evidence summary.

PDF + WhatsApp

Share anywhere

One-tap PDF with QR. Share to WhatsApp or push to the patient app.

The 4-step wizard

Drug → strength → dose → duration. Sign.

Fewer taps than ordering coffee. Each step pre-fills from your last visit, your templates, and the patient's history.

01
Pick the drug
Type-ahead from a curated drug DB (80k+ Indian formulary entries). Recently used drugs surface first. Autocompletes brand → generic.
02
Strength + form
Strengths and forms ship pre-filled (250mg / 500mg tablet, syrup, etc.). One tap, no typing. Liquid forms auto-show ml dosing.
03
Dose + frequency
Frequency presets — OD, BD, TDS, QID, SOS. Custom intervals supported (e.g. q6h, q8h). Frequency maps to the patient's alarm slots.
04
Duration + notes
Days, weeks, or "until follow-up". Add notes ("with food", "before sleep"). Sign once — full Rx is generated for print + share + EP rails.

Same Rx as the patient sees it — name, dose, frequency, duration, doctor.

Safety net

Six checks before any Rx is signed.

Designed with pediatricians who told us the same story: 'I'm tired enough that I want a second pair of eyes on every dose.'

Weight-based mg/kg
Pediatric drugs auto-checked against per-dose mg/kg ranges. Sources: BNF for Children, AAP, IAP.
Daily-max ceiling
24-hour cumulative dose tracked. 80% threshold = approaching warning. 100%+ = block.
Drug interactions
Checked against active Rx in the patient's timeline. Severity tiered (caution / serious / contraindicated).
Allergy gate
Patient's allergy list cross-checked. Hard block on declared allergens; soft warn on related compounds.
Min-age rule
Drugs with minimum-age requirements (e.g. fluoroquinolones < 8y) auto-flagged before sign.
Liquid math
Auto-converts mg/kg → ml for syrups using the strength ratio (e.g. 250mg/5ml). One less mental calc.
Dual-rail e-Prescribe

ABDM rolling out.
And an EP code that never depends on it.

Government rails are great when they work. We ride ABDM as it rolls out — and ship a native verifiable EP code on every Rx so your patient is never stuck.

🇮🇳
ABDM (India)
Compliant with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. Patient ABHA linked at registration; Rx pushed to the locker for any verified pharmacy.
🇮🇳
ABDM (NHA Sandbox)
ABDM-ready Rx delivery to any pharmacy in the network. PCRS-aligned. ePrescription token printed on the patient slip.
MediSero EP code (always-on)
A signed code on every Rx, verifiable by any pharmacist via medisero.in/verify. Works when ABDM doesn't — no patient ever stranded.
Lifecycle

Active → Dispensed → Stopped → Completed.

Every Rx has a lifecycle. We track it explicitly so the patient app, the doctor app, and the pharmacy all see the same state.

Active

Default state on sign. Visible in patient's My Prescriptions. Reminders fire on the patient app at the configured times.

Dispensed

Pharmacy marked dispensed. Inventory deducted. Charge added to invoice. Patient notified.

Stopped

Patient or doctor stopped early. Reason captured. PDF + lists show "Stopped after N days · M doses taken".

Completed

Course finished as planned. Auto-transitioned at end-of-duration. Stays in history, not in active.

The mg/kg check caught a 3× overdose I'd written for a 4-month-old at 2am. That alone is the entire price of the product, every month, forever.

FAQ

Prescription questions, answered.

Will my Rx work without ABDM?

Yes. Every MediSero+ Rx generates a native EP code + QR that any pharmacy can verify against MediSero. ABDM rides on top — once ABDM is live we route there too. EP code stays the always-on fallback.

How does the pediatric safety check work?

When the patient is under 18 + has a weight on file, every drug we prescribe is checked against per-dose mg/kg ranges + 24-hour daily-max. Approaching the limit = warning. Exceeding = hard block until you confirm. Drug data lives in our DB, with Clio AI as fallback that auto-caches new lookups.

Can I edit a signed Rx?

You can amend with audit trail. The original stays as a signed historical record; the amendment carries a delta + reason. Patients see the latest version in their app; pharmacies that already dispensed are notified of the change.

What happens when a patient stops a med early?

Patient taps "Stop" in their app, picks a reason (side effect, no improvement, etc.), and your timeline updates immediately. The Rx shows "Stopped after N days · M doses taken" everywhere — patient-detail, prescriptions list, PDF.

How do drug interactions get checked?

Cross-referenced against the patient's active Rx (not historical). Three tiers: caution (proceed with note), serious (confirm + sign), contraindicated (block). All sourced from a maintained interactions DB, refreshed quarterly.

Are templates per-doctor or shared?

Both. Build your own private set; share clinic-wide ones for consent forms, common combos, etc. Templates remember dose, frequency, duration, and notes — one tap recreates the whole Rx.
