Live tokens
FD taps "Add" or the patient self-checks-in via QR. Token + wait time auto-calculated.
India has walk-in culture for most clinics, slots for premium ones. We refuse to make you pick. Tokens and slots live on the same rail; auto-insert keeps the floor moving; the front desk never has to do mental gymnastics.
Most queue tools are glorified spreadsheets. The MediSero queue understands that a patient who walked in needs a token, while a patient who booked online needs a slot, and both need to fit in your day.
FD taps "Add" or the patient self-checks-in via QR. Token + wait time auto-calculated.
Public widget on your site. Slots per doctor with buffer + lunch + breaks built in.
Run both in the same day. Walk-ins auto-inserted between booked slots by wait time.
No "Approve" tap per booking. Booked slot lands confirmed; cron flips it to en_route.
Updates with every consult. Patient sees it on their app; FD sees it on the dashboard.
Auto-mark no-show after 2 hrs. Bring back via undo. Repeat offenders flagged on registration.
Drop into any clinic website. Same backend, branded surface — patients book without an account.
One queue across the clinic. FD reassigns between doctors with a single tap.
The rare moment two clocks are kept in sync — the booking clock and the walk-in clock. Empty slots auto-absorb walk-ins. Booked patients never get bumped.
Same morning, three views: booked stream, walk-in stream, and the auto-merged queue your front desk actually sees.
Every clinic runs differently. Set these once, the queue behaves the way you do.
One script tag, embeddable on a Wix, WordPress, Webflow, or hand-coded site. Same backend as the in-clinic queue. Patients book; you see it land in real time.
Drop into any clinic site. Same backend as the in-clinic queue — every booking lands at the front desk in real time.
We had patients lining up at 8am because there was no other way to be seen. Now half book online from the bus, the rest still walk in — and the queue just merges. Nobody waits in the rain anymore.
Yes. The Hybrid mode runs walk-in tokens and pre-booked slots on the same queue. Walk-ins fill empty slots. Booked patients keep their slot. Wait time is computed across both, in real time.
No — booked slots are auto-accepted by default. The cron auto-marks them en_route before their slot. The FD only intervenes for exceptions (reassign, mark no-show, manual insert).
Yes. The public booking widget is embeddable on any website. Patients enter name + phone; OTP-verify; pick a slot. Account is auto-created on the patient app side.
A booked patient who hasn't checked in 2 hours past their slot is auto-marked no-show. The slot frees up. If they show up later, the FD can undo with one tap and re-insert.
Yes. Each doctor has their own column on the FD dashboard. The FD can reassign a patient from one doctor's queue to another with a tap (e.g. when one doctor is overloaded).
